All orders are shipped directly from our Hong Kong facility.
We maintain ready-to-ship inventory and do not operate on a ''dropshipping'' model.

We currently ship to:

• The United kingdom

• Selected international countries available at checkout

We do not ship to:

• Alaska

• Hawaii

• Remote island territories

PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) are accepted.

• Orders are not processed on Sundays.

Orders placed before 18:00 PM (GMT+8) on business days are processed the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Carriers & Tracking

• We ship using YunExpress, with EVRI, ROYAL MAIL, YODEL handling last-mile delivery in the United Kingdom.

• All orders include tracking.

• Tracking numbers are sent by email once your order ships.

• Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear after dispatch.
