Shipping & Returns

1. Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States and selected international countries available at checkout.

2. How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time (excluding processing):

  • United States: 4–6 business days
  • International countries: 4–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs inspections, carrier delays, or public holidays.

3. How long does it take to process my order before shipping?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing may take longer during peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

You can track your parcel using the Order Tracking page on our website or through any third-party parcel tracking website using the tracking number provided.

5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes. You can request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

After that period, your order will likely be in processing and cannot be modified.

To request a change or cancellation, please contact contact@irovana.com as soon as possible.

6. How long do I have to request a return?

You can request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

7. Who pays for return shipping?

If you’re returning an item due to a personal reason (such as choosing the wrong size or changing your mind), you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the item is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, Irovana will cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.

8. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s complete.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method and currency used at purchase.

Orders & Payments

1. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website.

Simply choose your product, select any preferred options (such as colour or size), and proceed to checkout.

2. How will I know if my order went through successfully?

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details.

If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact our support team.

3. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Yes. You can request an order change or cancellation within 24 hours after placing your order.

After that period, orders usually enter processing and cannot be modified.

Please email contact@irovana.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards as well as secure digital payment options through Stripe (payment provider).

Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your country or region.

5. What currency will I be charged in?

Product prices may be displayed in your local currency for reference based on your location.

However, all orders are charged in USD (United States Dollars) at checkout.

Your bank or card provider may apply an exchange rate or conversion fee based on their own policies.

IROVANA does not control exchange rates or any fees applied by your bank.

You will always see the final amount in USD before completing your purchase.

6. Is my payment information safe?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe using advanced SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliance standards.

Irovana does not store or have access to your full card details.

Your personal and payment information is protected throughout the entire checkout process.

7. What should I do if my payment is declined?

If your payment fails, please check that your card details are correct and that your bank has authorized the transaction.

You may also try another payment method or contact your bank for further assistance.

1. Where are Irovana products made?

All Irovana products are designed and developed in Hong Kong.

Production takes place in carefully selected manufacturing facilities in China that meet our quality and safety standards.

2. How are Irovana products different from similar items on the market?

While some of our products may look similar to others available online, the difference lies in the details.

Every Irovana product is built with close attention to engineering, material quality, and user experience.

We focus on performance, durability, and real functionality — not just appearance.

Each product goes through strict quality control before shipping.

3. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All Irovana products include a 1-year warranty covering technical or manufacturing issues.

To make a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue by emailing contact@irovana.com

Our team will review your case and assist with repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

4. How can I collaborate with Irovana as an influencer or affiliate?

We welcome partnerships with creators, influencers, and affiliates worldwide.

If you would like to promote Irovana products, you can join our affiliate program and earn commissions ranging from 15% to 25% depending on the product category and performance.
