This policy explains how IROVANA, a brand operated by WETABI LIMITED, handles returns, exchanges, and refunds for customer orders.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

Change of Mind Returns

Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.


Hygiene & Personal Use Items

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

No restocking fees are applied.
