These Billing Terms & Conditions describe how payments are processed for purchases made through the Irovana online store and outline the methods, currencies, and billing practices that apply to all transactions.
Payment Processing
All payments on the Irovana website are processed securely through Shopify Payments, our authorized payment gateway.
Shopify Payments supports major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and others, depending on your location.
When completing your order, you authorize Irovana and Shopify Payments to charge the total amount shown at checkout to your selected payment method.

Currency and Exchange Rates
Prices displayed on our website are automatically shown in your local currency based on your IP location or selection.
At checkout, the payment will be processed in your local currency where supported.
If your local currency is not available, the order will be charged in British Pounds (GBP), and your bank or card provider may apply a small conversion fee.
Irovana does not control exchange rates or any additional conversion fees charged by your financial institution.
Taxes and Additional Fees
All product prices shown on the Irovana website are inclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax, where required).
The total price displayed at checkout includes all costs related to the purchase.
No additional fees, customs charges, or hidden payments will be requested after purchase or during delivery, unless required by local customs authorities for international shipments.
If import duties apply in your country, they are the buyer’s responsibility and will be clearly indicated before or during checkout if applicable.
Order Confirmation
After completing your purchase, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email summarizing your order details, payment amount, and shipping information.
Once the payment is verified, your order will proceed to processing and dispatch.
If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact contact@irovana.com to verify that your order was successfully received.
Billing Accuracy
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information when making a purchase.
If any billing information changes after placing an order, please contact us immediately so we can update your records before dispatch.
Irovana reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity, unauthorized use, or payment issues are suspected.
In such cases, any pending charges will be automatically reversed.
Refunds and Disputes
All refunds are processed according to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction and in the same currency, unless otherwise agreed.

All payments processed through Shopify Payments are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and handled according to PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance requirements.
Irovana does not store or have access to your full payment card details at any time.
